
Concept One
To develop a visual communication solution which portrays the identity of White Stallion
Vineyards with a contemporary, classical design style which appeals to a target audience that consists of wine lovers not only from a wide demographic, but primarily within the Napa Valley region. To create a branding of the current style, look and feel while expanding it using inspirations, styles and concepts from a Post modernist type perspective. I believe this type of design style will create an innovative new look and feel to the current brand while exploring new avenues of ways to attract the target market to White Stallions products and services.
Concept Two
Develop and expand on the current branding style of White Stallion Vineyards in order to create a fresh new look and feel to reach further into the target market of wine lovers and enthusiasts to touch on more of a younger crowd while still maintaining a hold on the current target market. This new way of designing the look and feel of the Vineyard to appeal the a younger crowd will be a bit more playful, yet sophisticated enough as to not alienate the older more traditional target market. By employing and exploring a look and feel that emulates elements and design styles that portray fun, excitement and a care-free type outlook will help define a new direction for the vineyard which will result in new business and ways of promoting it’s products and services.
Concept Three - Confirmed Style of Design
Using the design concepts, ideals and styles based from the International styles movement from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s from the likes of Saul Bass, Paul Rand and Jan Tschichold, explore and expand on the current brand identity to create a fresh look and feel using the typography, color palette and decorative elements to create a more elegant, contemporary look and feel for White Stallion Vineyards. This new design style will promote the brand, products and services, giving each a new vision which in turn to tap into a broader target market while enforcing the Vineyards vision of top quality wines and premier customer service.
